and in such manner, outright or in trust or otherwise, so 3

long as such power shall not be exercisable in favor of my `

C. Upon the death of my said wife, the entire
trust estate and any accumulated income not previously added ~

to principal, if any shall remain (less, however, any in-
terest held by me in my said homes as provided.above which
shall be the subject of the special power of appointment _
heretofore given to my said wife and validly exercised by
her), shall be divided into three equal separate shares
to be distributed as follows:
1. One such equal separate share of my said
trust estate, shall be divided into 11 equal parts, for
distribution to the following charitable organizations:
(a) One such equal part to St. Joseph Catholic
Church in Winter Haven, Florida.
- (b) Two such equal parts to College of Mount
~ ` St. Joseph-on-the-Ohio in Mount St. Joseph, Ohio.

~ , Cincinnati in Cincinnati, Ohio. .
~ (d) Z~ao such equal parts to St. Jude Children's

k Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
- {e) One such equal part to Father Flanagan's
Boys' Home in Boys Tawn, Nebraska. . .
(f) Two such equal parts to the Winter Haven
Hospital in Winter Haven, Florida.
(g) One such equal part to The Massachusetts
General Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts.

~ 2. One such equal separate share shall be dis-
tributed according to the order of intestate succession to
the persons who would be the heirs of my said wife if she
had died intestate as a resident of Florida immediately
following my death.
