considers desirable or necessary for such person's, main-
tenance,-support, comfort, education and welfare accumulatinq
any net income not so distributed and addinq to the prin-
cipal from which it was derived. Provided, however, that
in the event such lineal descendants shall die prior to
attaining the age of majority, such person's interest
shall Y~e payable to his estate. The authoritv herein con-
ferred by this article shall be considered as a power only,
and shall not operate to suspend_the absolute ownership of
such property in such person or to prevent the absolute
vestinq thereof in such person.
ARTICLF VIII.
I hereby waive.the reguirement that my Trustee
comply with the qualification provisions of the Floric)a
Trust Accounting Law or any other law requiring qualifica-
tion, administration or accounting to any court. .

i funeral expenses and costs of administration which ma_y be
~ assessed or imposed with respect to my estate, or any part
thereof, whether or not passing under this will, shall, if -
my wife survives me, be paid out of Share Two of my residu-

ary estate, as defined in Article III B; or if my wife pre-
deceases me, be paid from that part of my resic~uary estate
which shall pass to my heirs at law and my wife's heirs
at law, and payments shall not be made from that portion
of my residuary estate which shall be d~stributed to those
charities hereinbefore designated, and to such extent such
expenses shall be consic?ered expenses of administration and
be without further apportionment.
