ARTICLE X.
In the event th~t my wife and I shall die
simultaneously or under such circumstances as to render
it impossible or difficult to determine which pre-
deceased the other, I direct that it shall be deemed that
I shall have predeceased my wife, and that this will and
any and all~of its provisions shall be construed on that ~
assumption and basis.
ARTICLE XI.
When~any reference herein is made to any gender,
such reference shall be deemed to include either masculine,-
feminine or neuter, as appropriate, and any reference here-
in to.any number shall be deemed to include both singular
and plural where the context of the provisions of this will
shall permit or require.

, y portion thereof, for the payment of debts,

€ estate and inheritance taxes, or charges or expenses of

administration, notwithstanding the provisions of any
statute to the contrary. ~

I appoint my wife, MERCEDES V. HUFF, and
~ EXCHANGE NATIONAL BANK OF WINTER HAVEN as Personal
~
Representatives of my ~,rill and Trustees of any trust
herein established. If my said wife is unable to serve
` either as Personal Representative or Trustee, EXCHANGE
