NATIONAL BANK OF WINTER HAVEN shall serve as sole Person-
al Representative or Trustee as the case may be. My.
said Personal Representatives and Trustees shall serve
without bond or security.
ARTICLE XIV.
It is my desire that the law firm of Holland &
Knight be retained as counsel for my Personal Representa-
tives in the representation of my estate in probate ad-
ministration and federal income and extate tax matters.
ARTICLE XV.
I hereby grant to the Personal Representative
and also to the Trustee of any trust established hereunder
(including any substitute or successor Personal Represen-
tative or Trustee who shall be referred to herein in the
singular, whether one or more) the continuing, absolute,
discretionary pawer to deal with any property, real or
personal, held by my estate or in any trust, as freely
as I might in the handling of my awn affairs. Such pawer

~ may be exercised independently and without the prior or

~ subsequent approval of any court or judicial authority,
~ and no person dealing with the Personal Representative or
Trustee shall be required to inquire into the propriety of
any of their actions. My Personal Representative and , •

Trustee shall, hawever, exercise such pawers in a fiduciary
capacity for the best interests of the estate or trust. '
Without in any way limiting the generalit~• of the foregoing,
