To have authority to hold any and all securi- ~ ties in bearer form, in its own name, ar the name of some other person, partnership or corporation or in the name of a duly appointed nominee with or without disclosing the fiduciary ownership thereof. Q. In its sole and complete discretion, to pay such of the income or principal as may be authorized or directed herein, during the incapacity a~ any beneficiary, in any one or more of the following ways: 1. Directly to the beneficiarv or to a custodian account for such beneficiary who shall be under the age of twenty-one (21) years. 2. To the legal guardian of the beneficiary. 3. By expending the same directly to those responsible for or providing services for the education, maintenance, health, or support of the heneficiary. R. To employ and compensate out of the principal or income or both, agents, accountants, brokers, attorneys in fact, attorneys at law, tax specialists, realtors, exper~ witnesses and other assistants and advisors deemed needful for the proper administration of the estate or trust and for the benefit of the beneficiaries, and to do so without liability for any neglect, omission, misconduct or default of any such agent or representative so long as such representa- ~ tive is selectecl and retained by the exercise of reasonable care. S. To determine, in a fiduciary capacity, the manner in which the expenses incidental to or in connection with the administration of the estate or trust shall be apportioned as between principal and income. i ; ~ T. To rent or lease any property for such time and ~ ~ upon such terms and for such price or such prices a~ may in . I its discretion and judgment seem just and proper for the best i . interest~of the estate or trust, irrespective of the provisions ~ of any statute or of the termination thereof. To make repairs, replacements and improvEments, structural or otherwise, to any ` such real estate, to insure against fire or other risk and to ~ charge the expense thereof to principal or income, or appor- ~ tion same between principal and income, as it may deem proper. To subdivide real estate, to dedicate same to public use and _ t to grant easements as it may deem proper. ' U. To have all powers herein, notwithstanding that my fiduciary may be also acting individually, or as a fiduciary of other estates or trusts, or as agent for another person or corpor~tion interested in the same matters; provicled, ho~wever, it shall exercise such powers at all times in a fiduciary capacity primarily in the interest of the benefi- ciaries hereunder. V. Hy Trustee may at any time render an accounting ~ of its Proceedings to a majority of the income beneficiaries, ~ sui 'uZ ris, or file a judicial settlement and account with a ~ court of competent jurisdiction.
