LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT ~
OF
~ ROBE RT V . HUFF
I, ROBERT V. HUFF, a resident of Polk County,
Florida, do make, publish and declare this to be the
first codicil to the last will and testament executed ~
by me on May 16, 1972, in the presence of Linda Holcomb,
C. Parkhill Mays; Jr., and Frances M. Bra?~n.
I hereby add the follawing sentence to Article '
II: -
"If my wife-does not survive me, my personal
_ representative may, in his sole discretion,
sell any or all items o€ tangible personal
property awned by me and described in this
article and distribute the net cash proceeds
in the same manner he would have been required
to distribute in kind the property. He may
distribute property and cash in different pro-
portions to different beneficiaries so long as
the total value of e~ch beneficiary's share
f shall be equal to the amount such beneficiary
' cvould have received had all items been E
~ distributed in kind."

In all other respects I ratify and confirm all
of the provisions of my will dated May 16, 1972.
