_ LAST WILL AND TESTAMBNT

LEO H. WEBER
I, LEO H. WEBER, of St. Lucie County, Florida, do
hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will
; and Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Will$ and
Codicils heretofore made by me.
CLAUSB I: I direct my Executor to pay out of my
residuary estate, all of my just debts, includinq the ex-
penses of my last illness and funeral expenses.
CLAUSE II: I qive, devise and bequeath all of the
rest, residue and remainder of my property, real and per-
sonal, wherever situate and whether acquired before or after
the execution of this Will,' to my wife, EVL~1 M. WEBER, as
her c~m absolutely, prwided she survives me, and if my
said wife does not survive me, then all of said property
shall qo to my sons, LEO L. WEBER and DEAN S. WEBER, share

~ and share alike, per stirpes and not per capita.
~ CLAUSE III: I naninate and appoint my wife, EVLYN
,
M. WEBER, as Executrix of this Will, to serve without bond,

and in the event she shall die, resign, or be unable for
any reason to act as such, then I name and appoint my sons, ~
LEO L. WEBER and DEAN S. WEBER, as such Executors, to
serz~e wfthout bond.
My personal representative is invested with full
power and authority to sell, convey, transfer and assign
any and all'personal property and real estate belonging to ~
my estate.
CLAUSE IV: In the event that my wife, EVLYN M.
WEBER, and I did under such circumstances that it cannot _
