WHSREAS, LEO-H. WEBER, a resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida, died on October 9, 1976 awning assets in
the State of Floric~, and
WHEREAS, EVLYN M. WEBER has been appointed personal
representative of the estate of the decedent and has per.formed
all acts prerequisite to issuance of letter of administration
in the estate, ~ i

judge, declare EVLYN M. WEBER.to be duly qualified under the
laws of the State of Florida to act as personal representative
of the estate of LEO H. WEBER, deceased, with full pawer to
