The Petitioner, GLADYS Y. BOUTON, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate ~ -
as the named personal representative, Petitioner's address
is 1908 Royal Palm Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, and
the name and address of petitioner's attorney are as set
forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, CLYDE W. BOUTON, whose last known
address was 1908 Roya1 Palm Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida,
~ died on October 30, 1976 at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at
the time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County,
Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the benefi-
ciaries of this estate, their ac~dresses and relationships
to decedent, and ;:he ages of any who are minors, are:
