I, CLYD$ W. BOtJTON, of St. Lucie County, Florida,
do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will
and Testainent, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills
and Codicils heretofore inade by me. ~
CLAUSS I: I direct my Executor to pay out of my .s
residuary estate all of my=just debts, including the ex- E
penses of my last illness and funeral expenses.
CLAUSE II: I give, devise and bequeath all of
the rest, residue and ren?ainder of my property, real and_
personal, wherever situate and whether acqui.red before or
after the execution of this Will, to my wife, GLADYS Y.
BOUTON, as her own absvlutely, provided she survives me,
I and if my said wife does not survive me, then all of said
