LAST WILL AND TSSTAMBNT OF CLYD$ W. BOUTON - Page Two
CLAUSE 2II: I nominate and appoint my wife,
GLADYS Y. BOUTON, as Executrix of this Will, to serve with-
out bond, and in the event she shall die, resiqn, or be
unable for any reason to act as such, then I name and
appoint FIRST NATIONAL B~ANR OF FORT PI$RC$, Fort Pierce,
Florida, as such Executor, to serve without bond.
My Executor is invested with full power and au-
thority to sell, convey, transfer and assign any and all .
personal property and real estate belonging to my estate.
CLAUSE IV: in the event that my wife, GLADYS Y.
BOUTON, and I die under such circumstances that it cannot
be determ.ined which of us predeceased the other, I direct
that it shall be conclusively presumed that I predeceased
my said wife, and the provisions of this Will shall be ~
~ construed and the distribution of property shall be
governed and regulated as if I had, in fact, predeceased
my said wife.

~ CLAUSE V: I expect to leave with my Will a letter
~ addressed to my Executor containing certain wishes with

~ respect to disposition of items of household furniture and
furnishinqs and the like. This letter~is not be be construed
. -
as-a part of my Will or probated with it, but is n~rely a,
direction to my Executor concerning the matters of which it
~ speaks and it is my wish and direction that my Executor
honor said letter and that my residuary beneficiary, LIBERTY

~ letter.
