snund mind and di'sposing memory, do hereby make, oublish and
declare this to be my I.ast Will and Testament hereby revokina an3
iaakinq void any and all Wills and Codicils thereto heretofore
made by me.
FIRST: I direct mv Executor hereinafter named to
pay all of my just debts and obligations, including the expenses
of my last sickness, as soon afte= my decease as is practicable.
SLCJ:~D: I specifically disinherit my wife, PAUL~*:E
M. FOOTE, insofar as it is possible to do so and qive to her only
that to whicn she is entitled under the laws of the State of Mich-

~ iqan. Should a Judgment of Divorce be granted, then I wish her

THIRD: I qive, devise and bequeath to my former
wife, THELMA RUTH FOOTE, of 729 Pinehurst Blvd., Kalamazoo, Michi-
~ qan, my right, title and interest to a certain ~bile home and lot
nwaber 466 in a mobile home part at yettles island, Florida. If
~ the said THELMI~ RUTH FOOTE does not survive me, then this becxuest
