FIFTH: I am aware of the existence of my'adopted
daughter, SRENDA JO MILLS FOOTE, but I snecifically disinherit her
and wish her to receive nothing from my estate, exceot that to
which.I may be obliqated by a Judgment of Divorce.
SIXTH: I nominate and apnoint as Executor of this i

SEVF.NTH: I direct my Executor herein named to 4
employ the law firm of TROFF, LILLY, PIATT. F2LE AND DOYLF, of '
Kalamazoo, 24ichiqan, as attorneys in connection with the probating ,
of this my Last Will and Testament. '
