ACKNOWLEDGMENT ANQ RATIFICATION
BY CRANTEE -
The Grantee by acceptance and recording of the Warranty Deed
of conveyance to a condominium apartment is Island House Condo-
miniums, Phase II , acknowledges that said conveyance is subject
to the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium more fully
described in said Warranty Deed, includinq the provisions of all
of its exhibits. The Grantee does hereb ratif . ~
y y, confirm and
approve all of said provisions, including the provisions of the
long term lease and management agreement which are exhibits to said
condominium documents; the grantee does further hereby ratify, con- ~
firm and approve the acts of the officers and directors of Island
House Owners Association, Inc. in making and entering into such f
long term lease and manaqement agreement. The Grantee agrees to
be bound by all of the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium,
the lonq term lease and the management agreement; the Grantee ;
authorizes Island House Owners Association, Inc. to act for him and
in his name in the performance of its obliqations under said long
term lease and management agreement; the Grantee acknowledqes and ~
agrees that all of the provisions of said documents are reasonable,• ~
fair and equitable; and the Grantee hereby ir.tpresses a lien upon '
the condominium apartment described above as security for his - ~
~
obligations, as more fully described in said Declaration of
Condominium and all of its exhibits. ~
