ORDER
This cause coming before the court on the stipu-
lation of the parties heretofore filed, and the court being

~ fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon

` ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

~ l. That as to all-persons other than the UNITED
STATES, SUN BANK OF FORT PIERCE has perfected its lien in
the above described notes and mortgages. ,
2. That the Internal Revenue Service will sell
the notes and mortqages described in the Stipulation in its
possession, and that said sale will be a public sale of all
assets so held for cash to the hiqhest and best bidder.
~ 3. That upon this sale of the assets described
in the stipulation, the proceeds shall first be paid to
~ the UNTIED STATES to satisfy the outstanding tax liabilities
~ against BRIAN K. McCARTY. Any surplus in excess of the
