and JAI~S E. THOMPSON requesting a new trial as to damages and
the Court having considered the Memorandum of Law prepared by
Plair.tiffs' Counsel, cases_submitted to the Court at the hearing
~ by both Plaintiff and Defense Counsel, argument of Counsel, and
being otherwise advised in the premises, it is hereby ordered:
1. That the Court denies the motion for a new trial
as to DWINDA TNOMPSON.
2. That the Court grants the motion for a new trial as
to JAMLS THOMPSON.
3. That the parties agree and stipulate and the Court
hereby orders that an amended Final Judgment be entered reflecting

the modifications of the Final Judgment previously entered as set
