Defendant, Citiaens Federal Savings & Loan Association of St.
Lucie County, Florida~ in the above styled cause, by and through
their undersigned attorneys of record, that an Order of the above
Court may be entered, without further notice, reflecting

l. That Defendant's Motion to Dismiss Count II of
. the Plaintiff's Complaint herein be granted.

2. T'hat the Defendant withdraws its Motion to ~
Dismiss Counts I, III, and IV of the Plaintiffs' Complaint. ~
3. That the Defendant shall have twenty (20) days {
