ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE
This court, having received the Verified Complaint -
for constructive trust, conversion and damages in the above
styled cause, hereby orders the Defendants to show cause at
a hearing to be held at the St. Lucie County Courthouse,

Fort Pierce, Florida, on the day of December, 1976 at
9'.'D O m. before the Honorable Royce Lewis, Circuit
Judge, or in his absence, one of the other~judges of said
court, as to why an order should not be entered herein,
temporarily enjoining~and restraining the Defendants, their

i agents, attorneys, and servants, durinq.the pendancy of this
~
~ action from withdrawing or permitting the withdrawal of any
,
~ funds in the subject savings and or checking accounts or
E
~ from dissipating said accounts; and from withdrawing or
dissipating any of the funds, goods, chattels, or personal ,
property, located in the subject safety-deposit box, and why
~ such other and further order should not be made herein as
~
this court deems just and proper.
And in the interim period and until the entry and
service of the further order of this court to be made on the
return of this Order to Show Cause, it is further ordered
that the Defendants, their agents, attorneys, servants and
