corner of the N.W. 1/4 of said Section; thence run Southerly along the east
line of said N.W. 1/4 a distance of 40 feet to a point on the south riqht-of-
way of St. Lucie Boulevard; thence run Westerly along said right-of-way paralle
to the north section line 565 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beqinninq.
