DOROTHY PEYMAN, who, being by me first duly sworn, deposes and

1. That she is the daughter of KATHERINE W. CORBLEY,
. who died on March 26, 1973.
2. That she is the step-daueht~~ and sole benefic~~.~; cf
the Estate of RICHARD J. CORBLEY who died on December 21, 1973.
3. That she knows of her own personal knowledge that the
said RICNARD J. CORBLEY and KATHERINE W. CORBLEY were continuously
married from prior to the acquisition of the title to the property .
described below up to and including the date of death of said
KATHERINE W. CORBLEY.
• 4. That the property herein involved is described as:
Lot 10, Block 3, RIVER PARK, UNIT THREE, according
to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, at
page 80, of the~Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
