Court on the day of November , 197 6, by the above named
Plaintiff(s) against the above named Defendant(s).
~ The property involved is that certain lot, parcel or piece of
~ land and personalty located thereon, situate, lying and being in
St. Lucie County, Florida, and more particularly described as follows:
Lot 15, in Block 2, of PROGRESS PARK, TWO,
according to a Plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 12, at Page 16, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida; together with the
improvements thereon and all furniture, fixtures,
and equipment contained therein, replacements
thereof, and~additions thereto.

The relief sought in and by said suit is the foreclosure of a
certain mortgage given by RUBEN McPHEE and GRACE McPHEE, his wife,
to che Plaintiff(s) recorded under no. 327662
' in the office of the Clerk of the above Court; the decreeing of a sale
of said property under the direction of said Court, in default of the
payment of the amount found to be due the Plaintiff(s) under said
mortgage; and for other and further relief.
