Before me, the undersiqned authority personally appeared,
E 1 i zabeth A. R t s i ng , who f irst being duly sworn by me under -
oath, deposes and says as follows:
1. That Affiant's name is Elizabeth A. Risinq •
2. That Affiant is a daughter of ELDORA L. RISING. the
life grantee in that certain warranty deed date8 July 6, 1972,
recorded at O.R. Book 204, Page 688, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, which deed conveyed title to the above-
described real proaerty.
3. That Affiant knows of her own personal knowledge that
as of_ the date of the above-specified deed, the said ELDORA L. RISING
had three daughters in addition to your Affiant, making a total of ~
four daughters who were living as of that date and whase names are
NancY Dewitt . Louisgl~ihaley,_ , .
and Joan R. Marquis , and that all of these daughters
are still living as of the date of this Affidavit.
4. That the term "daughter" as herein used by your
Affiant ref_ers to any female offspring, whether by natural means =

or adoption.
5. That your Affiant knows of no person who claims to
be the daughter of the said ELDORA L. RISING, other than your
Affiant and those persons previously snecified herein. .f

6. That the purpose of this Affidavit is to clear up ;

an ambiguity in that warranty deed breviously r~f_erred to ?
herein, whereby a remainder interest was given to the "daughter" ;
of ELDORA L. RISING, and to establish for the record the identity
of all the possible persons who miqht allege or be construed to be
the "daughter" of said ELDORA L. RISING.
