Before me, the undersigned authority personally appeared, f

oath, deposes and says as follows:
1. That Affiant's aame is Louise Whale~ •
2. That Affiant is a daughter of ELDORA L. RISING. tfie
life grantee in that certain warranty deed dated July 6, 19?2,
recorded at O.R. Book 204, Page 688, of the Publi~~_ Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, which deed conveyed title tQ the above-
described real property.
3. That Affiant knows of her own personal knowledge that
as of the date of the above-specified deed, the said ELDORA L. RISING

~ had three daughters in addition to your Affiant, making a total of ~

four daughters who were living as of that date and whose names are '
