Before me, the undersigned authority personally appeared,
Nancy Dewi tt , who first being duly sworn by me under
oath, deposes and says as follows:
1. That Affiant's name is N_~~, n,,,,,:+~, •
2. That Affiant is a dauqhter of ELUORA L. RISING. ttie
life grantee in that certain warranty deed dated July 6, 1972,
recorded at O.R. Book 204, Page 688, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, which deed conveyed title to the above-
described real proaerty.
3. That Affiant knows of her own personal knowledge that
as of the date of the above-specified deed, the said ELDORA L. RISING
' had three daughters in addition to your Affiant, making a total of _
four daughters who were living as of that date and whose names are
Elizabeth A. Rising ~ Louise Whaley ,
and Joan R. Marquis , and that all of these daughters
are still living as of the date of this Affidavit.
4. That the term "daughter" as herein used by your
Affiant refers to any female offspring, whether by natural means
or adoption.
5. That your Affiant knows of no person who claims to
be the daughter of the said ELDORA L. RISING, other than your -
Affiant and those persons nreviously specified herein.
6. That the puraose~of this Affidavit is to clear up
an ambiguity in that warranty deed nreviously~referred to
herein, whereby a remainder interest was qiven to the "daughter"
of ELDORA L. RISING, and to establish for the record the identity
of all the possible persons who might allege or be construed to be
. the "daughter" of said ELDORA I,. RISING.
