AFFIDAVIT ~
Before me, the undersigned authorit~ personaliy appeared
ELDORA L. RISING, who first being duly sworn by me under oath
deposes and says as follows:
1. That Affiant's name is Eldora L. Risinq. ~
2. That Affiant is the same person as the Grantee receiving
a life interest in the above-described real property by that certain
Warranty Deed dated July 6, 1972, from Victor Ambrosino and Josephine
Ambrosino, his wife, recorded at O.R. Book 204, Page 688, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That full consideration in money or money's worth was
paid by your Affiant and received by the Grantors in the above-
described transaction for fee simple title and the said Grantors
did not give a remainder interest to a daughter of theirs, but =

rather the remainder interest in said property was supposed to `

vest in one of my daughters, namely,
4. That at the time and date of said deed and transa tion

your Affiant had four living daughters, namely, Joan R. Marquis, _ ~
Nancy Dewitt, Lousie Whalen and Elizabeth A. Rising, who also are
still alive as of the date of this Affidavit.
5. That your Affiant knows of no other persons who claims~
to be a daughter of your Affiant other than those peonle listed

6. That the purpose of this Affidavit is to clear up an ~

ambiguity in that Warranty Deed previously referred to herein, ~
whereby a remainder interest was given to your Affiant's "daughter"
and to establish for the record the identity of all the oossible

persons who might allege or be construed to be your Affiant's daughter. ~
