i 1. That Affiant•s name is Ruth E. Nuttall .

f 2. That Affiant personally knows Eldora L. Rising, the '

' person receiving a life interest in the above-described real
, property by virtue of a Warranty Deed from Victor Ambrosino and
Josephine Ambrosino, his wife, dated July 6, 1972, recorded at
~ O.R. Book 204, D?~e 688, of the Public Records of St. Lucie.County,
~ ~
j Florida, Affiant further has first hand knowledge of the family
background of the said Eldora L. Rising.
3. That Affiant has personal knowledge of the fact that
the said Eldora L. Risinq has four dauqhters, namely, Eli~~r~e~
A. Risinq, Joan R. Marquis, Nancy Dewitt and Louise Whalen, and `
that these dauqhters were the only daughters of said Eldora L.
Rising at the date of said Warranty Deed and all of said dauqhters
are living tQ the best of your Affiant's knowledge as of the date
of this Affidavit.
4. That the term "daughter" as used herein by your
Affiant, refers to any female offspring, whether by natural means
or adoption.

be the daughter of the said Eldora L. Risinq other than those ~
specified previously herein. .
6. That your Affiant knew the said Eldora L. Rising on
or before July 6, 1972, and had personal knowledge of said,Eldora
L. Rising•s family situation on or before said date as well.
7. That your Affiant'has no interest of any nature
. whatsoever in the above-described real property or in the financial

affairs of Eldora L. Risinq and her said daughters.
