8. That the purpose of this Affidavit is to clear up
an ambiguity in that Warranty Deed previously referred to herein,
whereby a remainder interest in the above-described real property
was given to the "daughter" of Eldora L. Rising, and to establish
for the record the identity of all the possible nersons who might
allege or be construed to be the "daughter" of the said Eldora L.
