the sum of money mentioned therein, and all other sums secured by this instrument; ,
WITNESSET`H, that for ~ood and valuable considerations, and to secure the payment of the aggregate sum
of money named iq the promissory note hereinabove referred to, together with interest thereon and all other sums
of money secured hereby as hereinafter provided, the Mortgagor does grant, bargain, sell, alien, release, convey and
confirm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, the following described real property located in the County of
; St. LuCie , State of Florida , of which the Mortgagor is now seized and possessed, to-
