IQ~IOW ALL MEri BY TEIESE PRESBNTS, that Stanford C. Goldman as ExecutoY
of the Estate of Helen Goldman, and Stanford C. Goldman, as Executor of the
Estate of Nathan C. Goldman, of Toledo, Ohio, purauant to the wills of Helen
Goldman and Nathan C. Goldman, does hereby assign, transfer, and set over unto
the said The Ohio Citizens Trust Company, Trustee, its successors and assigns,
a certain mortgage deed bearing date of lOth day of February, I971, executed and
~ delivered to Nathan C. Goldman and Helen Goldman, his wife, by Thomas D. Wagers ~

and Constance P. Wagers, his wife; and Anthony T. Dibo and Alice K. Dibo, his
wife, and recorded in U.R. Book I90 at page 2084 of St. Lucie Couatq, Florida,
records on the Sth day of March, 1971 at 12:14 0'clock, P.M., together with the
land and note described therein; and all sums of money due and to become due
