By-laws and Ninety-1VinP ~ Year Lease. and the amendment thereto as recorded in Official Records ~ Book 19g Page 1093, described in the foregoing Warranty Deeci; under- ~ stands that each and every provision of the foregoing documents is madc~ ~ for the benefit of ali owners of the Condominium and is essc ntial to the ; ij successful operation and management of said Condominium property; { ~i covenants for themselves, their heirs. successors and assigns forever 1 }t to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration, Articles of ~ Incorporation, By-laws, and Ninet}~-Nine Y~ar Lease Agreement; and ~ further agrees to pay the mortgage, if any. described in the foregoing ~ Deed.
