Power of attorney
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I, the undersigned,
Bernard LETTE, Canadian citizen of full age, residing
at 27, McNider Avenue, Montreal, P.Q., Canada, do here-
by make, constitute and appoint Raymond LETTE of the
same residence,my true and lawful attorney for me and
in my name, place and stead, from time to time and at
all times, until this authority sh~ll be revoked in
writin3, to perform the following acts and exercise the

1. to perform all acts and to~ execute and deliver such .
written documents as may in the opinion and discretion
of said attorney be necessary or proper in order to
obtain title to Capstan Condominium Parcel Apartment
no 313-C situate in the Ocean Village of Hutchi~on
Island, 2400 So~th Ocean Drive, Fort Pierce, F~orida
from the Hutcha/son Island Limited Partnership, a
Florida limited partnership (hereinafter referred to
as the Sell~r) for a total purchase price of
SIXTY THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$ 6Q,90Q.Q0)
and ~on other conditions that the said attorney and
the Seller may agree upon. ;

2. To make the payment necessary in connection with the
performance of my obligations under the contract thus
agreed upon between the Seller and said attorney.
3. To do all.other acts and things and to transact any
and all business that said attorney may censider
~ useful, necessary or proper in connection with acqui-
sition, ownership and management of the above mentioned
~ Condominium Parcel Apartment.
