The Grantee by acceptance of the foregoing Warranty Deed and ex-
ecutioa of this Acknowledgment and Ratification by Grantee, ack-
nowledges receipt of copies of the Declaration of Condominium
described above, including th~ provisions of all of i~s exhibits,
and that conveyance by such deed is subject thereto. The Graatee ;
does further hereby ratify, confirm and approve all of said provi-
sions (including the WINDUILL VILLAGE BY THE SEA RECREATION CTNTER
LTASE as filed for record in Official Records Book 189 on pages
1829 through 1886 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County.,
Florida, and the acts of the officers and Directo-rs of WIND~ILL
YILLAGE BY THE SEA CONDOMINIUM NO. 1 ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida
corporatfon not for profit, in making and entering into said
Lease). The Grantee agrees to be bound by all of said provisions;
the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all of said provisions
are reasonable, fair an~i equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a
lien upon the land and real property described above,-as security
for his obligations, as described in said Declaration of Coadomin-
ium and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that
said Declaration of Condominium, its exhibits and the Sales ~

the warranties, representations and inducements concerning the
