MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, on the 14th day uf October, 1976, FGAN, FICKETT
& COMPANY, a foreign corporation, executed and delivered to FLORIDA
NATIONAL BANK AT TITUSVILLE, a certain promissory note in the amount
of SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($750,000.00),
