9. Notwithstanding the provisions oF the original Promissory
Note and Paragraph 1 of the oriqinal Mortqaqe indenture, F~ORIDA
NATIONAL BANK AT TITUSVILLE aqrees it will not advance any additional
sums under the said Mortgage and Note without the prior written
consent of all parties to this Modification Agreement.
10. EGAN, FICKETT & COMPANY, BERNARD A. EGAN, ELIZABETH
EC:AN and MICHAEL J. EGAN aaree that any default under this mortqaqe
and note as modified shall constitute a i~~fault und~r that cert3in
Mortgage obligation dated August 30, 1974, and Additional Advance
dated Auqust 29, 1975, in favor of FLORIDA NATIONAL BANK AT
TITUSVILLE, and shall entitle said Bank to all the riqhts and
remedies afforded thereunder.

11. Except as Gtated herein, the mortgaqe described above ?
shall continue in full force and effect.

12. The parties agree that the consideration shown on the
Security Agreement described above shall be modified in accordance -
with the sur.~s now due under the Promissory Note, to-wit: SIX ~

HUNDRED THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($600,000.00) and that in all ;

other respects the Security Agreement dated October 14, 1976, s~~ll~ ~
