PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTCAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, EGAN, FICKETT & COMPANY, a foreiqn corporation
authorized to do business in the State of Florida, Mortgagor,
by Indenture of Mortgaae bearing date the 30th day of August,
1974, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court in and for the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in
Official Re^ords Book 243, page 628, mortgaged unto FLORZDA
NATIONAL BANK AT TITUSVILLE, Mortgagee; the premises therein
particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of One
Mill~ion and No/100 Dollars ($1,000,000.00) with interest as
therein mentioned, and

Mortgagee, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand and No/100
Dollars ($250,Q00.00) with interest as therein mentioned, and
WHEREAS, the said Mortgagors have requested the said
FLORIDA NATIONAL BANK AT TITUSVILLE~to release the premises herein-
after described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the
