KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT FLORIDA NATIONAL BANK AT TITUSVILLE, a corporation
existing under the laws of the State of Florida, the owner and
holder of a certain Security Agreement executed by NEVINS-
IDEAL, INC., a Florida corporation, bearing date the 29th day
of August, 1975, and recorded in Official Records Book 243,
page 639, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, securing
in part ~ certain Promissory Note of even date in the principal
amount of $250,000.00, and certain promises and obligations
set forth in_said Security Agreement upon the persona? property '
