! THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the plaintiff's Motion

; for Entry of Final Judgment, and the court having considered the
i;-- Stipulation for Judgment entered into between the parties, the
; Affidavit of Non-Payment, Affidavits of Attorneys Fees, and the
testimony of plaintiff, and being fully advised in the premises,

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that plaintiff, FIRST BANK AND TRUST
COMPANY OF BOCA RATON, N.A., do have and recover from the defendant,
FRANCES E. SECRES~, afkfa FRANCES SECREST KIDD, a/k/a FRANCES E.
, KIDD, the sum of $1,644.52, plus a reasonable attorney's fee of
