FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE This c.ause having come or this day for hearing on plaintiff's motion for final judgment of foreclosure on plaintiff's complaint and the evidenc~ offered in support of such complaint, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is, upon consideration, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: 1. That due and legal service of process has been had upon each of the defendants in this cause; that the default previously entered in this cause against each of the defendants, R. H. Grant and Jan Grant, his wife, are hereby ratified and cQnfirmed; that this Court has jurisdictian of the subject matter of this cause and the parties hereto; that the allega- tions contained in the complaint have been proved by competent evidence and that the equities in this cause are with the plaintiff. 2. R. Book 221 at page _ 2087 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and ~he mortgage is in default as alleged in the complaint. 3.
