FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE
This c.ause having come or this day for hearing on
plaintiff's motion for final judgment of foreclosure on plaintiff's
complaint and the evidenc~ offered in support of such complaint,
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is,
upon consideration,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That due and legal service of process has been had
upon each of the defendants in this cause; that the default
previously entered in this cause against each of the defendants,
R. H. Grant and Jan Grant, his wife, are hereby ratified and
cQnfirmed; that this Court has jurisdictian of the subject
matter of this cause and the parties hereto; that the allega-
tions contained in the complaint have been proved by competent
evidence and that the equities in this cause are with the plaintiff.

cause constitutes a valid lien upon the property hereinafter
described, subject only to the prior lien of First Federal Savings
and Loan Association of Fort Pierce by reason of its first mortgage
dated December 4, 1973 and recorded in O. R. Book 221 at page _
2087 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and
~he mortgage is in default as alleged in the complaint.
3. That the reasonable fee for services rendered bv the
attorney f~r the plaintiff in this cause is in the amount of
