and in addition such further sums as may be paid by the plaintiff
for Court costs, plus interest at six per cent (6$) per annum from
the date of this final judgment of foreclosure until paid, and
any further sums in connection with this suit.
S. The plaintiff has a lien to secure the pavment of the

St. Lucie County, Florida:

file in Plat Book 16, page 14, of the public

The lien of the plaintiff is orior, parar.?ount and superior tc all
rights, claims, liens, interests, encumbrances and eauities of
the defendants and all oersons, firms or corporation claiming by,
through, or under the defendants or any of theri, with the exception
of First Federal Savings and Loan 1lssociation of Fort Pierce
reason of its prior first mortgage dated December 4, 1973,
recorded in O. R. Book 2?.1 at page 2087 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Floric~a, and the propert~~ will be sold free
and cl~ar of any claims of til~ defendants.
