That unless the defendants, or any of them, shall within three (3) days from the entry of this judgment pay the plaintiff or its attorneys the sum specified in Paragraph 4, and any other costs ~i this suit as mentioned in that paraqraph, the Clerk of this Court, after publication of notice as required by §45.031 of the Florida Statutes, as amended, is directed to sell the mortgaqed premises as described in Paragraph 5 above to the highest and best bidder for cash, at public sale at the East door of the St. Lucie County Courthouse, Fort Pierce, Florida, free, clear and discharge~ of any and all claims, liens, encur:tbrances, rights, equities and interest of the defendants, and all persons, firms or corporations claiming by, through or under the defendants, subject to the prior first mortgage held by First Federal Savings and Loan P.ssociation of Fort Pierce, the sa~e to be held at 11:00 A. M. on the 14th day of December , 1976, as orovideG by ~45.031 of the Florida Statutes. 7. The plaintiff may bid at the sale and if the plaintiff is the successful bidder-, it shall be entitled to credit on its bid up to the full amount due under this final judgment of foreclosure. 8. After confirmation of the sale, whether confirmation be by the Clerk filing the certificate of title or by order of this Court ruling upon objections to such sale, the Cler}: shall make distributirn o~ the proceeds of such sale by paying: a. All casts and expenses of the proceeding subseciuent to the entry of this final judgm.ent, including the cost of publishing the notice of sale and the Clerk's fee for making the sal~ and the costs of state dacurRentary sta~ps and surtax star~ps affixed to the certificate of title. b.
