1976 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and deterntines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matCer of thi_s suiC; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
" be dissolved. It is, thereupon ~

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
; FRANKLIN D. POWELL and RITA N. POWELL be and the same is hereby
: dissolved, and the arties and each of them are hereby forever ~

~ freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between ~

` them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

of the parties, is hereby awarded to RZTA N. POjJELL, with ~
reasonable visitation rights reserved to FRANKLIN D. POWELL.
