• SL~BORDINATION OF ENCUMBRANCE TO PROPERTY
RIGHTS TO ST. LUCIE COUNTY
KNOW ALL Mr:i3 BY THESE PRESENTS: ~hat whereas, it is proposed
by S~. Lucie County to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve
a county road and/or a drainage ditch in said County; and,
WHEREAS, a portion of the lands involved and necessary to said
road and /or di tch i s subj ec t to Agreement
held by the undersigned; and,
WAEREAS, on behalf of St. ~,ucie County a request has been made
for the undersigned to subordinate said encumbrance to the property
rights of St..Lucie County in and to the portion of the premises
hereinafter described.
NOW, THSREFOREr WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of
the premises and one dollar and other good and valuable considera-
tions, paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned
subordinates said encumbrance to the property rights of St. Lucie
County to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve said road and/or
ditch over, through, upon, and/or across the following described
lands, being a portion of the encumbered premises in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:
From the southwest corner of Lot 19, Block A, Windmill Village Unit 2,
t as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 31, St. Lucie County, Florida, run south _
89°56'22" West along the extension of the north right of way of Aqua Ra
, Drive I90.0 feet; thence rure south 00°03'38" east 50 feet to the P.C. of
a curve concave to the north having a radius of 45 feet and a cent~al angle
of 166°44'30"; thence cantinue along the arc of said curve in an easterly
, direction 130.96 feet to the P.T.; thence run north 89°56'22" east along the ~
extension of the south right of way of Aqua Ra Drive 100.56 feet to a point
where the extension of the west line of Lot 19, Block A would inte~sect the
south right of way of Aqua Ra Drivej thence run north 00°03'38" west 50 feet
to the point of beginning.
