herein called "Mortgagor", and CONNECTICUT GENERAL LIFE INSURANCE

to the terms of a promisaory note of even date herewith, in install-
ments, the last of Which is due and payable on the first day

NOW, THEREFORE, this indenture WITNESSETH:

gation and drainaqe equipment (inclusive of portable pipe and
fittinqs and unmounted pumps) and including without limitation
those items liated on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and
by this reference made a part hereof now or hereafter located
on the premises, which are hereby declared to be fixtures, and
all renewals, replacements and additions to such fixtures, and
all the rents, income, issues, proceede, produce and profits
of and from the Mortqaged Premises, together with all the reversions,
remainders, wa~?s,~ easements, servitudes, streets, passages, rights,
` privileqes, lands, tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonqing or in any wise appertaining, includinq specif-
ically and not by way of limitation, all water, riparian, irriga-
tion and drainaqe riqhts, and oil, qas and mineral rights and
royalties; and together with all judgments, awatds of damages and
settleiaenta hereafter made as a result or in lieu of any takinq of
the Mortqaged Premises or any part thereof under the power of emi-
nent domafn, or for any damage (whether caused by such taking or
otherwise) to the Mortqaqed Premises or the improvements thereon
or any part thereof.
