AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF FLORIDA, ~
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY.
Before me, the undersigned suthority, personall.y appeared
WINTON J. ROSCHACH, who being first duly sworn by me, deposes and
says:
That my name is WINTON J. ROSCHACH. That on April 25,
19?4, affiant was grantor in Chat certain Warranty Deed..from WINTON
J. ROSCHACH to INDIAN RIVER GARDENS, INC., recorded April 2b, 1974
in 0, R. Book 22b, page 2275 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, conveying the following described property, to-wit:
All of Lots 4 and 5, Block "F" on the plat of Edgartown,
as per plat on file in Plat Book 1, page 160, Che public
~ records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Said lots also
being described as Lots 4 and 5, Block 11 (F) of the
Assessor's Map of the north part of Fort Pierce, Florida
as per plat book 1, page 164 of St. Lucie Covnty, Florida.
Also Lot 1 of same plat, excepting however from Lot 1
- that portion of land lying tio the East of the existing
concrete retaining wall, running in a North-South
direction across Lot 1. No riparian rights are included.
Said lands lying and being in St..Lucie County, Florida.
~ That affiant herein and grantor in the above described deed
states that the above described property was never the homestead
property of your affiant. ~
Affiant sayeth nothing further.
