' The outstanding principal amount of the first mortgage to Winton J.
~ Roschach, upon assumption by the mortgagors herein, shall d,irectly ~
reduce the outstanding principal balance remaining unpaid on this ;
purchase m~oney third mortgage. ~ ~

Any default by the mortgagors herein on any payment becoming due on
the mortgage to Winton J. Roschach after assumaption of said mortgage
shall be considered a default on this purchase money third mortgage. ~
In the event the mortgagees herein fail to maintain properly the
papments due on the first and second mortgages as set forth above,
the mortgagors herein shall be entitled to make such payments directly
and shall be entitled to deduct said pa~nts from the outstanding
principal balance due on this purchase money third mortgage, and said
payments shall act as a set-off.
