For value received, I, He,or either of us, promise to pay, without defalcatian,
to the order of FIRST FEI~RAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATI~+1 OF FORT PIERCE at Fort
Pierce, Florida, the su~ of $ ~4~~~•~ ~rith interest from date at the rate of

Each installment first shall be applied in payment of the interest and then on

holder, and withwt any other notice, all th~ remaining installments shal~ be due and
. payable at once. Privilege is given to prepa,y this note in whole or in part at anv
tir.~s tirlthout penalty. Neithsr forbearance, nor acceptance bp the holder thereof
after any default in any papment hereon, shall be deened extsnsioh. A late paycient
charge oF $ 9.~0 shall be assessed the ?fith d3y of the month, if a regular
besinsss day, or, if not a regular business day, then the next business day, on each
mon~hly insta2lment not then received.
