further that he knows that the Nell Bruegger who owned the following
described property is the same person described in the estate of
Nellie A. Nicholson, dece.ased whose name appears of record on the
last deed involving this property and that Nell Bruegger is the same
person as Nellie A. Nicholson, deceased.
