RECORD-UN-APPEAL, SERVICE OF COPY OF
TRANSCRIPT, TRANSMITTAL OF RECORD-ON-
APPEAL AND BRIEF
Jefendant, Appellant, GEORGE VEGA, JR., as Administrator
of the Estate of KENNETH W~ORLES THOMPSON, JR., Deceased,
moves for an order extending the time of filing the record-
on-appeal and briefs for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent
to the time each of these documents are otherwise required to
be filed by the Appellate Rules and for grounds therefor would
show as follows: ~
j 1. The Court has previously entered an Order extending

the time for filirtg the court reporter's transcribed notes in
the Office of the Clerk of the Lower Court until_ November 24,
19 76 .
2. In order to properly draft the brief of Appellants,
it will be necess,ary to refer to the court reporter's transcribed
notes . -
3. Opposing counsel has been contacted and has agreed to
the extension of time for 3~"" days for the filing of the above
