of Counsel in the above referenced cause and the Court finding
that Defendant has appealed the Final Judgment rendered in this ~
cause, the Order Taxing Costs it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED execution of judgment in this
cause is stayed for a period of 20 days from this date, during
which the Defendant shall give a good and sufficient supersedeas
