This matter having come before the Court upon the Petition _
For Enforcement and Motion For Order of Contempt f31ed herein by the Wife,
DORTHEA MARGARET DELEHANT, and the Court having heard the argument of counsel, ~

the testimony of parties, and the stipulations made in open Court, and being

fully advised in the premises, it is =
. ;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband, LAURII~1 MOORE DELEHANT, has ~
failed to abide by the terme of the Order of this Court dated September 8,
1976, in that he has failed to pay the child support required by that Order
for the months of September and October, 1976,.making him ONE TNOUSAND DOLLARS
($1,000.00) f!e arrears. Addi[ionally, the Husband has failed to pay the
$600.00 tuition for PI~LA MARIE DELEHANT's schooling, and he has further failed
to pay the Wife's attorney the interim attorney's fee of $200.00, all as required
by the Order of this Court dated September 8, I976.
~ It is the finding af t:iis ^ourt that the Husband has failed to
abide by the terms of the Order of this Court dated September 8, 1976, as
set forth above; tbis Court is withholding adjudication of contempt until Friday,
December 10, 1976, at which time the Husband is to present this Court with
a proposal for meeting the requirements of the Order of this Court dated
September 8, 197b. If the Husba.nd fails to present the Court with a reasonable
proposal for complying with the previous Order of this Court, he will at that
time be held in_contempt of court.
